The Terms and Conditions contained herein shall apply to all quotations and offers made by Soft Solutions. These Terms apply to all sales made by Soft Solutions, except where special terms and conditions take precedence over this document in an existing individual customer contract.
We provide a wide range of payment methods and accept payment in virtually all currencies. All orders must be placed through our website/software. We do not accept cash payments. All intellectual property, including software, trademarks, and content provided by Soft Solutions, remains the exclusive property of the company. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the software and services for the duration of your subscription.
Our liability for any claim arising from the use of our services is limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant service or product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of our software or services.

Refund Policy
We have a “NO REFUND” and “NO CANCELLATION” policy. It means, once the payment has been made, no request will be entertained for refund or cancellation.
We sell software as a monthly or yearly subscription service. These are not sold as a personal license to the customer. If any hardware is purchased, to use our software on that hardware, then that hardware is also considered as a part of the service offered.
We do not offer refund or cancellation for our service used by the customer. We also reserve the right to not serve you and may not allow you to use our software and service, if we find you are not a suitable customer for our software and service.
