The Terms and Conditions contained herein shall apply to all quotations and offers made by Soft Solutions. These Terms apply to all sales made by Soft Solutions except to the extent the Terms conflict with an existing individual customer contract where special terms and conditions may take precedence over this document.

We provide a wide range of payment methods and accept payment in virtually all currencies. All orders must be placed using our online store. However, we do accept offline payment methods if you prefer not to pay via credit card or PayPal. We support billing on all international cards.

Refund Policy

We sell software as a monthly or yearly subscription service. These are not sold as a personal license to the customer. Therefore, we have no refund policy for the service of our software.

We do not offer refund for our service used by the customer. If any hardware is purchased, to use our software on that hardware, then that hardware is also considered as a part of the service offered.
